How it All Started
Above and Beyond Medicare was founded in 2022 by Nicole and Joseph–two active insurance agents who’ve devoted themselves to building a company that reflects the same standards and values they practice as individuals. As a new and upcoming agency, they prioritize hardworking, honest people with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As experienced agents, they understand the obstacles that come with Medicare and are passionate about helping people overcome those hurdles. With their combined knowledge, connections, and resources, they are eager to work alongside a growing team of agents, who are interested in becoming the most successful versions of themselves.

Nicole was born in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Penn State University. After a ten-year hospitality career with the Carlson Hotel Group, she started her journey working for a national insurance brokerage and has now been in the health insurance industry for the past eight years. During this time, she has worn many hats from Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Carrier Relations to lead recruiter for a National FMO. Nicole has a passion for sales and building life-long relationships with her clients. Her extensive experience has shaped her into the successful agent and now co-founder she is today.

Joe Logue, Co-Founder

Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA, and graduated from St. Joseph University. Shortly after Joe was recruited and worked for CIGNA for over ten years before venturing out on his own as an independent agent. He now manages over 1,000 clients and holds an impressive reputation with countless doctors' offices and clients across the Philadelphia and Tri-state region. It is that reputation and drive that has led him to co-found and launch Above and Beyond Medicare.
